Dear Reader,

God has a plan for everyone and everything. That includes you, and it includes CCA. None of us can fully know God’s plan—the best we can do is pray and listen for clarity. Our leadership has been doing just that.   We are adding new ways to help our local area every year.  This has been a HUGE year for us.

We have added to our Praise Festival and our Recovering Hope outreaches.   We have opened our new Food Pantry, Matthew 633 to help those in need of food.  We are finishing two meeting rooms at our 120 Union Street site to have Finance, Parenting, Automotive and Recovery Groups to help all aspects of the family.  We have just signed the lease for our new Thrifty Shop in the Windham Plaza to raise money for our outreaches.  This also will allow families to get clothing and other items at a great cost without breaking the budget and there are more ways we can help.  Most of all by spreading the Awesome WORD OF GOD!  But we don't think that is enough for us.  We must DO the WORD OF GOD also.

We can’t pull this off without your support. Whether you give to the CCA on a regular basis, or just on occasion, we’re asking you to consider contributing to this massive undertaking prayerfully. It’s something we need our entire community to help with giving a hand up, not just a hand out. Our needs are simple.  First and foremost, prayer.  We need and covet your prayers for stamina and wisdom and support for all these ministries.  Second, we need financial and physical support.  The THRIFT Shop is not enough for us to move forward with our mission to the Community.  We need help financially and we also need volunteers.  Prayerfully consider helping in our THRIFT shop located at 351 Boston Post Road, Windham CT or with any of our other ministries.  Third, if you have a need or require prayer, let us know so we can pray for you and your needs.

Even if you can’t make a large gift, know that every little bit helps. It’s more about coming together as a community united behind a common cause. We hope that you’ll consider making a donation towards this great step forward that we’re making together.  Let's turn this area into JESUS CITY USA!
